Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Memori account and everything in it — your topics, cards, chats, and review history — at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Delete in the app (recommended)

The fastest way, and it deletes everything immediately:

  1. Open Memori and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Scroll to the Account section at the bottom.
  3. Tap Delete account.
  4. Read the warning, type DELETE to confirm, and tap Delete account again.

Your account and its data are removed from our servers right away, and the app returns to a fresh, signed-out state on your device.

What gets deleted

This is permanent and cannot be undone.

  • Your account and sign-in credentials
  • All of your topics, flashcards, and card images
  • Your chat conversations with the tutor
  • Your review history, streaks, and study settings

Signing out is not the same as deleting. Signing out only clears Memori from the current device — your data stays safely on the server so you can sign back in. Deleting removes it everywhere.

Delete by email

If you can't access the app, email [email protected] from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm and process the deletion. Deleting your account also removes all of the learning content tied to it.
